It appears the Bible is less relevant to the Mosaics than it is to every other age group.

What can be done? How about connecting text to context every night in every home by turning off the tv, logging off the computer, setting the cell phone on silence and investing five minutes with the FAITH 5?
Well put.
And didn't Luther once say: "The Bible is the manger in which the Christ child is laid?"

Barna writes: Skepticism of Origins – Another generational difference is that young adults are more likely to express skepticism about the original manuscripts of the Bible than is true of older adults.
I am skeptical of Barna's interviewing assumptions
1. We don't have any original manuscripts, only copies of copies.
2. As a Lutheran, I am suspicious of Barna's principles. If he means interpreting the scriptures through the Christ lens, I'd agree. For me, the Bible's sacredness is that it points to Christ.
On the other hand, I am pro-Faith-Five!
