Ralph Sappington, our wonderful genius musician friend who has arranged and scored over 240 Bible verse songs for us at Faith Inkubators over the last decade has suffered a massive stroke on Monday. The damage was extensive, irreversible, and heartbreaking. As of the sending of this message, Ralph is in room 353 at St. Vincent's hospital in Billings. Every measure has been taken to make him comfortable and his family tells me they are making sure only the best Miles Davis, Hugh Masekela, and Bruce Cockburn tunes are playing.
Please keep Rhonda, Will, Becky, Jody, and Kathy in your prayers.
At times like this in one's life, I think of Psalm 139 which assures us that God already knew the end at the beginning of our lives (along with everything in between!) Somehow it makes accepting the difficult things easier when you know that God has already been there, and knows His purpose in allowing it to be a part of your life. My prayers go out to this family.

Our fondest memory of Ralph and Rhonda was the summer week we spent with them up at Red Lodge, Montana -- drinking coffee until the wee hours, dodging moths, and enjoying fellowship in what God created. While we won't dismiss God's miraculous healing, we'll miss you Ralph -- and see you soon!
